Workshop on Dissemination of Rural Technologies for Commercialization
National Institute for Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (ni-msme) is organizing a two-day workshop on "Dissemination of Rural Technologies for Commercialization" on 24 - 25 February 2025 at its campus in Hyderabad. This program is sponsored and supported by the Mahatma Gandhi Institute for Rural Industrialization (MGIRI) Aim to promote innovative rural technologies with high commercial potential. The workshop will serve as a platform to foster entrepreneurship, enhance rural livelihoods, and contribute to sustainable development by facilitating knowledge exchange and networking among key stakeholders. This workshop is designed for researchers, innovators, entrepreneurs, startups, rural artisans, farmers, policymakers, government officials, academicians, and students who are interested in exploring commercially viable rural technologies. The sessions will feature expert presentations, case studies, discussions on successful implementation models, and strategies for scaling up rural innovations through entrepreneurship. Participants will also have the opportunity to interact with technology experts, policymakers, and industry leaders to explore business opportunities in rural sectors.
